Running Straight High Jump: Eadweard Muybridge

Clod Ensemble offers classes to musicians, performers and arts students as well as offering courses to the general public, often in parellel with other organisations such as Tate Modern or Wellcome Collection.

Current Courses:

ANATOMY THROUGH YOGA

Led by artist Sarah Simblet and anatomist Susan Standring, this workshop will investigate the intricate structure of the human skeleton through drawing. Including practical instruction in techniques and an opportunity to be inspired by the Hunterian Museum’s vast anatomical collection; the workshop will also explore whether this way of looking at the body can not only complement scientific knowledge but also improve it. Can drawing be used to look at, make sense of, memorize and explain to others the principal anatomical structures of the human body?
